Refund Policy
At Aidiens we strive to provide high quality services and all customers are welcome to apply for a refund if they are not satisfied with the quality of services or for any other reason. Please review our refund policy below:

You may apply for a refund within 30 days from the purchase date for any service you have bought. The purchase date is the date you have paid the setup fee. The refund period is the 30-day period from the purchase date.
To create a business website we will always ask you to fill out a questionnaire. Without filling out a questionnaire you will not receive a business website. You can apply for a refund whether or not you have completed the questionnaire.
You will be ineligible for a refund after the refund period. This will hold true whether or not you have filled out the questionnaire and/or received the business website. Failure to complete the questionnaire required for Aidiens to create the business website does not automatically extend the refund period. Outside of the refund period all sales are final and non-refundable.
If Aidiens does not deliver the website within the 5-day period the refund period will be extended by the amount of time Aidiens has delayed. For example, if Aidiens has delivered the website in 6 days the refund period will be extended by 1 day.
Aidiens will be liable to refund the full amount less the amount paid for a custom domain name if one has been selected. If no domain name has been selected then the recurring subscription plan amount will be refunded in full.
