1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) are between Aidiens and the user ("you" or "your"). By accessing and using Aidiens' platform and services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• Services Lead generation and customer acquisition services provided by Aidiens as detailed in your Order Summary.
• Platform The Aidiens website and associated tools provided to users for service management.
• Leads Third parties who engage with your business as a result of Aidiens' services, regardless of whether those engagements lead to purchases or contracts.
• Minimum Term The minimum subscription period required, as stated in your order agreement.

3. Services

Aidiens provides a range of services aimed at lead generation and marketing support. Your specific services are detailed in your Order Summary. Aidiens reserves the right to modify the scope of services at any time, provided that any changes are communicated to you.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are detailed in your Order Summary. All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to pay fees on time may result in the suspension or termination of services. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Aidiens and are only available for services not yet rendered.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to Aidiens is accurate, current, and complete. You must keep your account login details secure and notify Aidiens immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, platform, and materials provided by Aidiens, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technology, are owned by Aidiens or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content provided by Aidiens without prior written permission.

7. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing notice in writing. Upon termination, all services will cease, and any outstanding payments must be settled. Cancellations requested by you before the end of the Minimum Term may result in fees, as outlined in your Order Summary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aidiens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services. In no event shall Aidiens’ total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Aidiens for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Data Protection

Aidiens complies with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia .

11. Amendments

Aidiens reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or the platform. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms
